Made with a blend of some of the finest spices in the Caribbean including nutmeg, bay leaves and cinnamon.
One pieces will make approximately 2-4 cups of "cocoa tea".
Every order comes with a stick of cinnamon.

Ingredients:
Roasted cocoa beans
Bay leaves
Cinnamon stick
Freshly ground nutmeg

Instructions:

• Grate 1 cocoa ball and set aside.
  
• In a pot, bring 2 cups water to a boil, add one bay leaf, one piece of cinnamon stick.
• Reduce heat to maintain a simmer, and boil for about 20 minutes.
• Add milk and sugar according to your preference.
• Remove the cocoa from the heat, strain through a sieve, and discard any remaining solids.
• Serve in mugs with your favourite garnish and enjoy!
