RETURNS & REFUNDS
JamiiExpress is not responsible for returns unless the item was sold by JamiiExpress ("Sold by JamiiExpress"). JamiiExpress does not accept returns on cellphones. Customers must check cellphones physical appearance and technical performance before accepting. If we receive items that do not meet the requirements of our return policies, including items returned past the eligible return window, opened items or damaged items, we may refuse to issue a refund. Customers should thoroughly examine products before acceptance.
It is the sole responsibility of the vendors to issue refunds or exchanges to their customers.
